qualities, interests and personal space
Grounded in the 5Rhythms® practise this workshop calls to
the dance of committed relationship. A moving meditation,
investigation and witnessing with attention and awareness.
This workshop is mostly for couples who have weathered
storms together and are committed to the journey ahead.
Crafted to deepen connection and nurrish or rekindle the
flame of enduring love. An invitation to hold and create
space, that is safe to feel, express and move what ever
arises. Willingness to Renew, openness to insights and tools
to foster further closeness, friendship and trust. You are
also welcome if your relationship is distressed.
Our curriculum is developed from 35 years of being in
committed relationship. It’s grounded on what actually
worked and works for us in a relationship that are filled
with normal human life challenges. A stable and supporting
relationship, that is based on willingness to share truth.
This approach acknowledges the depth of committed
relationship, using movement as a means to evolve and
understand the unspoken language of your partner through
nurturing intimacy and respect. Enhancing the non-verbal
connection that has grown and evolved over your committed
journey.
Annette & Jan
Has been a couple
for 35 years and both completed 5Rhythms® Teacher Training
with Gabrielle Roth in USA in 2005 and are both trained
Heartbeat teachers.
The 5Rhythms has not only been their personal path, but also
their professional life for the last 18 years.
They’ve both assisted on the 5R teacher training and are
board members of the 5Rhythms® Reach Out (5RRO).

Cultural Studies & Art at Uni. Hildesheim, Body therapist
and goldsmith.
12 years with the 5Rhythms in rehabilitation, at Aarhus Uni.
Hospital and participated in several research projects about
cancer and movement. Last 7 years also worked with
mentally vulnerable and people with eating- and self-harm
disorders.
Paints pictures and do research in art and ritual theater as
a therapeutic tool.

(2005) & Heartbeat Teacher, Psychotherapist and Diploma in
Psychiatry. Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider
(PATP) at Integrative Psychiatry Institute (USA)
Assisted Jonathan Horan on Mirrors and Naked Soul since
2016. Practiced the 5 Rhythms since 1998.
Also 6 years with:
"Men and cancer" in The Danish Cancer Assosiation. Born and
raised in Vejle.

Prerequisite:
Your participation in the program is your own responsibility.
We recommend that you have been taught by different certified 5Rhythms
teachers and participated in at least 1 of our workshops or 5Rhythms Guided waves evenings.
The workshop counts as required Heartbeat (2 Days) and Waves (3
Days) workshop for 5Rhythms Teachers
Training or the deeper 5Rhythms workshops such as Cycles, Naked
Soul & Mirrors
Price per person:
Early bird: 3000 DKK 400 € -
Full Price: 3300 DKK 440 €
Early bird ends March 1st. 2024
Lunch with Vegetarian Soup and bread incl.
We have limited spaces and registration is valid with the
date of payment!
The registrations will be considered in the order of the
incoming payment.
Cancellation Policy
If a participants cancel their registration up till 4 weeks
before the event, they will receive a full refund minus a
60€ administration fee.
3 weeks before event minus a 50 % processing fee.
2 week before refund is subject to participant replacement.
If a replacement is registered, participant will receive a
refund minus a 25% processing fee.
If a participant does not show up for the workshop, their
registration payment will not be refunded.
